At Awaken Your Aura, each candle is handcrafted in small batches with love and intention. Because of the handmade nature of our products, small variations may occur — these are the beautiful marks of something truly unique.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each candle jar is handmade with Jesin, you may notice slight imperfections — this is the beauty of handcrafted art and does not affect the candle’s quality or performance.
All sales are final due to the nature of our handmade products.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos at hello@shopawakenyouraura.com. We will be happy to replace the item or issue store credit.

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as scent preference or minor cosmetic variations.
- We currently do not accept returns on used candles.
Shipping Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This includes purchasing and paying for the return shipping label. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
- Refunds are only issued in cases of damaged or defective products.
- Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order will already be in production and cannot be canceled.
Exchanges
- At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
