At Awaken Your Aura, each candle is handcrafted in small batches with love and intention. Because of the handmade nature of our products, small variations may occur — these are the beautiful marks of something truly unique.


Returns & Exchanges

Because each candle jar is handmade with Jesin, you may notice slight imperfections — this is the beauty of handcrafted art and does not affect the candle’s quality or performance.

All sales are final due to the nature of our handmade products.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos at hello@shopawakenyouraura.com. We will be happy to replace the item or issue store credit.

  • We will gladly replace damaged or incorrect items.

  • Returns are not accepted for reasons such as scent preference or minor cosmetic variations. 

  • We currently do not accept returns on used candles.

 

Shipping Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This includes purchasing and paying for the return shipping label. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued in cases of damaged or defective products.
  • Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order will already be in production and cannot be canceled.


Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
