1. Handmade Nature of Our Products
Each candle jar is crafted in small batches by hand using water-based acrylic resin (Jesin) and high-quality coconut-soy wax.
Due to the handmade process, each jar is unique — you may notice slight variations or natural imperfections. We believe this is the true beauty of artisanal work. ✨
2. Product Care & Safety

Always burn candles within sight.

Keep away from flammable objects, pets, and children.

Trim the wooden wick to 1/8" before each burn for the best performance.

Allow the candle to create a full melt pool for even burning.
3. Shipping

Orders are shipped within 3–7 business days unless stated otherwise.

We currently ship within the U.S. and select international locations.

Shipping costs and times are calculated at checkout.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with photos so we can assist you.
