At Awaken Your Aura, every candle is crafted in small batches, hand-poured with care, and infused with uplifting energy to bring light, peace, and intention into your space. From our hands to your home, each order is prepared with love and packaged with the same positive energy we hope you’ll feel when you open it.

📦 Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.): We currently ship anywhere in the United States using trusted carriers.

  • International Shipping: Not available at this time — but stay tuned as we grow!

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

  • Possible Delays: Weather, postal service disruptions, or high seasonal volume may cause delays. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

💜 Returns & Exchanges

Because each candle jar is handmade with Jesin, you may notice slight imperfections — this is the beauty of handcrafted art and does not affect the candle’s quality or performance.

  • All sales are final due to the nature of our handmade products.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

  • We will gladly replace damaged or incorrect items.

  • Returns are not accepted for reasons such as scent preference or minor cosmetic variations. All sales are final. Each candle is handcrafted, so slight variations or small imperfections are part of their unique beauty. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement.
